My moves and the style that I teach will help you in fitness. Zumba helps you in stress relief and makes your body strong. When you dance with music it's like a meditation.
Train your body for strength, flexibility, and balance. Through fun exercises and workout routines, I provide the participants with a guideline tailored to individual needs. At the end of it, you will be equipped to understand your weaknesses and be more aware of your movements in the context of the space around you.

  • Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

    I am a Free Style dancer, from childhood when I was 8 years old I joined my 1st dance class. I was very passionate about dance and modeling. I loved each and everything about dancing and wanted to learn more and create my own movements. In the following years, I excavated into Balley, Jazz, Waacking, Freestyle.

    I wanted to facilitate others in discovering the beauty of improvisational movement arts and how therapeutic it can be, I wanted to help people find ways of incorporating movement fitness practices into their daily lifestyle no matter how hectic a life they lead. It had been extremely liberating for me to accept the notion that I did not have to restrict myself to one particular style of movement and I was developing a technique to train my body and mind to not only create new movements but adapt any movement style in my practice.

    I love to choreograph the songs and music because this shows how better I can create movements or teach movements to my students so that they can feel them and enjoy them. I love to explain the movements of the things which I'm teaching that's the main reason for my interest in this field.
  • What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

    My main motivation and energy come from those people who always laughed at me during my childhood. Because of their taunts, I started working hard. After this, my Mom started teaching and guiding me. She motivated me the most.

    I thought that I did not have to restrict myself to one particular style of movement and I was developing a technique to train my body and mind to not only create new movements but adapt any movement style in my practice, During the whole journey my mom was the greatest motivation for me.
  • How does your work help society?

    Nowadays people want both mental peace as well as physical fitness. So with the help of dance people get relief in every aspect. Through dance, they can enjoy and live the moments.
  • If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

    My Mother is the one whom I see as my inspiration because of her only I feel confident as well as determined to try new methods of dancing, whether they get success or didn't work out. She is very tactful. She made me understand human nature very well and is amazing at dealing with people.
  • Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

    Exercise and fitness, painting, anchoring, and modeling are my hobbies. I absolutely love trying out new things all the time. I can say traveling is also my hobby especially when I go to the hill station.
  • Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

    I am a very organized person. It was a happy and great journey as a student I had. It was most of my friends and the schooling activities that made it memorable. Now looking back at the days makes me swing down all over again making them the best days of my life. I manage my things well to keep a balance of everything.
