About Laura
I have just graduated from Durham university with a first class honours masters in biology and chemistry. My A-level grades were A*A*A*A in biology, chemistry, maths and further maths respectively and I have 10 A*’s at GCSE so I understand how to approach exams in order to succeed. I have previous tutoring experience in maths and all three science GCSEs and chemistry A-level as well as having a valid DBS check.

My teaching method focuses on improving exam technique and subject knowledge in order to maximise the achievement of students. A mixture of practise questions, ensuring the student understands the subject material and explanations of the wider context are key to my method.
