Every student is different and requires a lesson plan and structure specialized to fit his or her needs. As a tutor, I first determine what the student already knows, then decide what goals the student needs to work toward, and then create a plan based on those goals. All kids and ages require different teaching styles, and my priority is to adapt my teaching skills to fit the needs of the kids I am working with.
