About Grace
With me as your swim coach, I will take you to new heights and faster times in your swimming career. Specifically by creating targeted practices that aim to improve technique and efficiency, as well as build strength and endurance. The targeted practices will balance around leaning new technique, drills, and skills, along with developing hard work and discipline. Practice doesn’t make perfect, but perfect practice does. I will break down any discrepancies in your swimming strokes that are preventing you from taking your talent to the next level, while building up the difficulty after the skills have been learned. With me as your coach things will not be easy, but I will be there to motivate and cheer you on the entire way.

I’m a passionate 22 year old with years of experience and a friendly attitude! One of the reasons I separated from swimming was the lack of quality coaches who were considerate of their swimmers needs and wants. I believe I am a step above the rest as I have learned how to coach myself and others differently, with a positive attitude and patience. Becoming great at anything is a long and hard journey, so it is important to have a coach that understands your needs and wants as a swimmer, while also pushing you to the next level. I specialize in breast stroke and IM, along with distance freestyle. I work well with groups of all ages, but have the most experience coaching children.
