In my lesson you will learn from the ground up, I will perfect your technique and focus everything on the basics to build you into the fighter you have the potential to become!The workouts will consist of JUMPROPE (to warm your feet up), SHADOWBOXING (to perfect your technique and build the little details), PAD WORK (NOW THE FUN STUFF!!) in our pad work session I will teach you combos you never-even thought you could do, from there we will grow as a team to grow you to be an unstoppable fighter! Let’s get it!
