About Michael
I am currently a junior psychology pre-med major and I am excited to tutor fellow college students! As a student myself, I understand how difficult classes can be especially when juggling extracurriculars. I will use my prior tutoring experience to make sure you not only feel more confident in your ability to succeed in your class but gain skills that can be used for the rest of your college career!

For the subject you need help on, I go over your class materials to tailor the experience to your needs! Class materials include...
- class notes
- homework questions
- past quizzes (if you have access to them)
I do my best to tailor the learning style to you! At the beginning, we go over what type of learner you are and use that to inform the lesson plan. I tend to utilize a whiteboard to visualize concepts and problem-solving.
Our lessons will focus a lot on answering practice questions in the format that your class uses the most. Applying what you learn to questions is the best way to get better!
I mainly tutor college students, but I am open to high schoolers.

Michael is an amazing tutor! She is very understanding and good at breaking down different topics that may be difficult to understand. Her willingness to start from square one and work her way up is truly inspiring. I 100% recommend her!
Michael is an amazing tutor! I met her through my friends that she already tutors. In just one session I had a better grasp on what I was learning Chemistry than I ever have had before. I love that she uses visuals to help picture concepts that are difficult to understand otherwise and is able to break down complex concepts in simplified ways. Very helpful! 100% recommend!
Michael is an excellent tutor; she helps break hard subjects down into simple understandings and also gives good tips on how to study when shes not around. I ended up passing my class with an A because of her.
