About Chahat
My name is Chahat Chouhan graduate in psychology Honours . Asyoga instructor, I am deeply passionate about helping individuals cultivate physical, mental, and spiritual well-being through the practice of yoga. My journey began with a personal exploration of yoga's transformative power, which inspired me to pursue formal training and certification. I believe that yoga offers a profound opportunity for self-discovery, healing, and growth, and I am committed to sharing this transformative practice with others.
Through my own experiences on the mat, I have witnessed the profound impact that yoga can have on one's life — from increased strength and flexibility to greater peace of mind and emotional resilience. This journey has ignited a desire within me to empower others to embark on their own paths of self-discovery and holistic wellness.
As a yoga instructor, my goal is to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing space where students can explore their practice, connect with their breath, and cultivate mindfulness both on and off the mat. I am dedicated to meeting students where they are in their yoga journey, offering guidance, support, and encouragement along the way.
Sharing my knowledge of yoga brings me immense joy and fulfillment. I am inspired by the transformations I witness in my students — not only in their physical bodies but also in their hearts and minds. It is incredibly rewarding to witness the sense of peace, empowerment, and self-awareness that emerges through the practice of yoga, and I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to facilitate that journey for others.
