Hi! I’m Joshua, a Psychology major at the University of Maryland, minoring in Math and Neuroscience, with a strong passion for helping students succeed, especially in math. I’ve tutored Algebra 1, Calculus BC, and college-level Calculus, and I always focus on making concepts intuitive and manageable. I’ve been tutoring for about a year, focusing on building a strong foundation through core concepts and intuitive reasoning. My goal is to help students truly understand the material — not just memorize it — so they feel confident tackling new challenges on their own. I’ve seen students grow in both their knowledge and their grades, and it’s always awesome to watch them gain more confidence with each session.
