About Augustin
Greetings, chess enthusiasts!
I'm Augustin A, a FIDE-rated chess player (2031), Karnataka State Chess Champion 2024, and a passionate chess coach dedicated to helping players unlock their full potential.
With over 18 years of competitive playing experience and 5+ years of coaching, I have trained students of all ages and skill levels, from complete beginners to competitive tournament players. My coaching philosophy focuses on building strong fundamentals, improving calculation, developing strategic understanding, and fostering confidence over the board.
For me, chess is much more than a game—it's a journey of logic, creativity, discipline, and lifelong learning. I believe every player has the potential to improve with the right guidance and structured practice.
