About Lauren
I am passionate about English. English is a big part of your life and you depend on it for your future careers/jobs. I struggled for many years with my ADHD and found it complicated to understand normal teachers' instructions. I found a creative way to help my brain understand by adapting what seemed to be confusing explanations or instructions to the simplest instructions I could follow. I want every student to feel comfortable with asking for help from me. Every student has the right to feel comfortable when asking for help.

I use personal techniques that I have picked up along my struggle with neurodiversity to teach children simpler techniques. The typical length of the lesson will be 30 minutes to an hour. I have tutored many kids before and I have 2 of my English NCEA's. The lessons are for ages around 5-14!
