My inclusive, or accessible, style classes have an emphasis on restoring and nurturing the body. Focusing on slow movements and how they connect to the breath so practitioners build and strengthen their relationship to their bodies. Chronic stress stems from dissociation from our own bodies. With my classes, we take time to check in, appreciate and fuel our bodies in order to encourage more tactful and efficient ways of navigating the stresses of life. Never forgetting that stress is actually a healthy part of living, as long as we are aware and managing it.
