About Abby
Registered Yoga Instructor (RYT) with Yoga Alliance for over 2 years. I have managed a Yoga studio, marketed and implemented classes designed for specific populations with an emphasis on inclusive Yoga. Yoga that is accessible to all body types, financial backgrounds, and experience levels. Trained in guided Meditation, Prenatal, Kundalini, Chair, hot/Bikram style, Yin and Vinyasa Yoga.

My inclusive, or accessible, style classes have an emphasis on restoring and nurturing the body. Focusing on slow movements and how they connect to the breath so practitioners build and strengthen their relationship to their bodies. Chronic stress stems from dissociation from our own bodies. With my classes, we take time to check in, appreciate and fuel our bodies in order to encourage more tactful and efficient ways of navigating the stresses of life. Never forgetting that stress is actually a healthy part of living, as long as we are aware and managing it.
