About Albert

I grew up playing football, basketball, and baseball, and I’ve carried that athletic background into years of strength and conditioning training. For over a decade, I’ve studied mixed martial arts and applied its principles in my own fitness journey. Kickboxing, in particular, transformed my flexibility—I used to struggle with tightness in my hips and legs, and training kicks completely changed that. These lessons are built for beginners of all ages who want to get in shape, gain confidence, and learn practical self-defense—without the pressure of a big gym environment. Training takes place in my private garage gym, equipped with 4ft and 6ft heavy bags, a dip and pull-up tower, a rowing machine, plus TV and speakers—all just steps from the ocean. About the lesson

My approach is simple, supportive, and structured so you don’t feel overwhelmed. Each session begins with a warm-up—often using my rowing machine for cardio—before moving into technique drills, striking on pads or bags, and easy-to-remember defense skills you can use to protect yourself. Depending on your level, we may also introduce light sparring, controlled grappling, and basic jiu jitsu movements—all taught with safety as the top priority.

Unlike large gyms, my lessons are private and tailored to your pace. You’ll get personal coaching in a safe, encouraging environment where the focus is on building confidence, getting stronger, and learning useful skills—not competing.
