About the lesson

1. Teaching Method and Techniques
My approach is rooted in Active Learning and the Socratic Method. Instead of lecturing, I lead students to the answer through guided questioning.

Scaffolding: I break down intimidating tasks into bite-sized, manageable steps. We don't build a house in a day; we start with the bricks.

Gamification: For younger learners, I turn drills into challenges. Whether it’s "singing Bingo the dog " or a "major scale," I ensure the dopamine hits come from learning, not just screen time.

2. A Typical Lesson Plan
I follow a "I Do, We Do, You Do" structure to build confidence and independence. A standard 1-hour session looks like this:

Phase Duration Activity
The Hook 5 mins A quick review or a "brain teaser" to transition into learning mode.
I Do 10 mins I demonstrate the new concept using clear, visual examples.
We Do 15 mins Guided practice. We warm up together doing stuff like the major scale , and I catch errors in real-time.
You Do 15 mins The student tackles a task solo to prove mastery while I provide light "guardrail" support.
Recap 5 mins The student explains the concept back to me (The Feynman Technique).

3. What Sets Me Apart
I don't just tutor the subject; I tutor the student’s mindset.
