About Karla

As a professional Spanish language instructor, I bring a wealth of experience and a passion for helping individuals achieve their language goals. With a decade of experience working with children and four years working with adults, I have honed my teaching skills and developed a patient and kind approach to instruction. In addition to my background in education, I am also trained as a holistic therapist and esthetician, bringing a unique perspective to my teaching practice. For the past four years, I have been dedicated to teaching both children and adults, offering lessons tailored to individual needs and goals. My experience spans a diverse range of proficiency levels, from beginners seeking basic survival Spanish to professionals focusing on business language skills, reading, writing, and dialogue. I strive to create engaging and interactive lessons that foster meaningful communication between students and myself, believing that this connection is essential for effective learning. I place great value on the mutual exchange of cultures and life experiences that occurs in the classroom, viewing teaching as a platform to build connections, inspire curiosity, and make a positive impact.
