My classes tend to be rather didactic and have 2 parts, theoretical and practical, also will start at the level required by the person: 1. Basic Level: Here we consider several aspects, from the measurement and search of a bicycle, the physical evaluation start the participant, in order to know the level of training and activities. 2. Intermediate level: at this level the participant already has the basic knowledge and the sessions are more of physical and technical training, it lasts approximately 90 minutes, a part is performed in the gym or place to be arranged and then a bicycle ride is made , where technical training will be carried out 3. Advanced Level: at this level the user is already able to continue their training autonomously, the classes are specific physical training and field trips with scheduled training sessions, here is when evaluate times, distances, aerobic and anaerobic tolerances. Anyone can participate in the classes, all have different objectives to achieve, but whatever it is, I have the tools to help you and improve your performance. You can do group or individual classes
