About Laura
I am a student, currently studying biology, but I have a great interest in discovering new ways to increase my health and happiness through techniques of mindfulness and self care and wish to share my knowledge with others. I will help you to start out on a life long journey of self discovery and self love, and share with you my personal discoveries and advice from my journey so far.

I would like to offer general support, ideas and encouragement to anyone who is wishing to start out on a healing journey, or just wants assistance with discovering how to have more love for themselves. I will offer online classes and discussions, over either video, call or messaging/emailing, on topics surrounding mindfulness, positivity, self acceptance, art therapy and basic art classes, well being, healthy eating, basic nutrition, study techniques, coping with stress and finding inspiration in daily life.
