About SAMANTHA
I discovered from the age of 18 the power of my mind through meditation avoiding controlled medication to cure the chronic migraine that I suffered at that time. And it was there that my preparation began in the topics of meditation, cosmobiology, neurolinguistic programming, angel therapy, mental programming, oratory, first as alternative medicine first and then as a tool to achieve the objectives that I set myself from reducing and controlling anxiety to challenging. limits that fear built. In this technique we respect ideology and religion whatever it is.

I like to know why you are seeking to practice meditation so that together we can work on that. Based on that, I design a program of sessions that will help us achieve what you are looking for. In each session I start by explaining the exercise that I designed for you, because we will do what we will do and I will guide you to achieve it. This is not magic, it is work of your mind and YOU can do it!
