About Julian
Swam six foot five through college. Took everything I got out of it into the business world. If you want to get to another level, none of us get there on our own. Swimming did that for me and if you want: the water can take you there too.

Some need time to feel the rush of top speed. Asthma made that easy. All I needed to go for it was the hold we have on our breath. Adrenaline, dopamine and endorphins over time and distance aren’t just for the pool. The high. The focus. The increased heart rate takes us places after college. In and out of the pool, I teach that. The flow we get from going for the swim.
