About Daniel
Master Wathen has trained in martial art disciplines nearly his entire life, a good portion of that time living and training overseas in Asia.
He has spent significant amount of time training in various styles and systems, including: ITF & WT Taekwondo, Tangsoodo, Hoshinsul, Hapkido, Yongmudo, Kendo, and Haidong Gumdo.
He currently resides in the USA and remains a foreign sword instructor at the World Haidong Gumdo Federation Headquarters in Seoul, South Korea.

Do you want to learn Korean Art of Sword?
You need a practice sword (inexpensive and easy to order online).
Do you want to learn Korean Karate?
You need only yourself in comfortable clothing and a practice space.
You will learn from a certified instructor who has taught students youth to adult at all skill levels.
Lessons discuss the proper execution of basic techniques, methods and sequences. Memorization and performance of 'forms' is a significant part of acquiring understanding and competency in this martial art discipline.
