About Jiwon
Hello everyone, I am a Korean teacher who loves Korean and loves teaching it. Learning a language is very interesting because it is also about learning the culture of that country.
I would love to provide quality classes to students who want to learn and understand Korean. My goal is not to just learn grammar and sentences, but to teach practical language that can be used in real life (K-foods, K-culture, history, K-drama, K-pops, etc.) across language and culture, so that students will want to go to Korea some day.
I am looking forward to having fun and enthusiastic students join me in class.

Perfect! Jiwon is a really supportive and encouraging tutor who carefully listens to your goals and tailors the sessions to you. With Jiwon's tuition I'm already able to read the Korean alphabet just two weeks in and am having so much fun conversing in Korean!
Perfect! Very methodological and low pressure environment, keeps the topics simple but engaging and builds appropriately to ensure that I'm not falling behind and am still engaged.
Perfect! Jiwon has a great knowledge of Korean culture and teaching technique.
