About Elie
Former practitioner, of English boxing, French boxing, full contact, Thai Boxing and Kwan Ki Do, I am currently Krav-Maga Instructor black belt first Darga (2nd Darga in preparation), affiliated to the European Federation of Krav-Maga (FEKM ) and hold a teaching diploma. I have been teaching Krav Maga for more than 5 years in Club, it is with great pleasure that I will work to teach you and pass on to you with passion and understanding the main techniques and principles of this discipline.

The lessons are and will be done in respect of the physical condition of each. The beginner will go through a learning phase of the first gestures which represent the foundation and the basis of this discipline. Understanding of guard and movement as well as defense and attack movements in one movement. Depending on the level of the practitioner, learning the techniques of: Clearances (seizure, strangulation, knife, firearm, etc.) Defenses against attacks (punches, slaps, kicks, etc.) ) by studying for each case the simplest, most natural, fastest possible way, to provide an effective response. Application of this learning through “almost real” situations in order to tame or even erase stress.
