About Generosa
I am a KY practitioner since 2011 and a Clinical Analyst at a Hospital. I am a Kundalini Yoga teacher certified by the Kundalini Research Institute. I took the course at Quinta do Rajo in Portugal. With the regular practice of KY I recovered from a deep depression.

Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of consciousness allows the gradual awakening of the nerve of the Soul or Kundalini energy.
