Hi, my name is Krzysztof Minkowski. I am a Polish-German theatre director, certified meditation teacher and stress managment coach. I have suffered many years under chronic stress disorder and depression. Furthermore, I did two cognitive-behavioural therapies, which helped me a lot but didn’t really solve the problem. I was still stressed out, tense and very unhappy. I started to meditate and i now can’t imagine my life without it. My philosophy is science based modern meditation. It means: you can meditate everywhere, anytime, in any position and by any activity. In the car, in the park, in the bus, in your bed, in a coffee place, in the gym, in a sauna, in your kitchen, in the office, in your bathroom, in a supermarket, on your sofa, with your cat, at the railway station, at the airport and in cinema before the film starts. I will teach you how to do it in eight individual Zoom meeting in two months. And of course the first extra meeting, in which we will get to know each other, is completely for free.
