About Renae
I've been teaching Kundalini Yoga and Meditation classes in Sydney, Australia since I finished my teacher training in April 2016. I have taught at Soul Flow Yoga in Bondi, KYC in Newtown and I also taught the elderly at the Older Womens Network in Newtown. In February I moved to Perth, Western Australia and I would love to continue teaching online or in person.
I teach Kundalini Yoga because it has made a significant difference in my own life and I enjoy sharing this yogic technology to help uplift others.

Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness. It is a combination of breathing techniques, yoga postures, relaxation, meditation and mantra. If you are looking for transformation and to be uplifted this is the yoga for you.
I can tailor the class to suit where you are at in life and what you'd like to achieve. I also offer a 4 week or 8 week beginners workshop.
Classes generally go for 75 mins.
I can teach you at a local park, my home, your home or online via webcam.

Classes are 75 minutes long. Therefore 5 hours is 4 classes and 10 hours is 8 classes.
For a 4 week beginners course, 5 hours is 4 classes.
