Duration : You can train for as long as you desire! - Price : $18.00 - Place : New Smyrna Beach (32169)I am a certified Kunalini Yoga (KY) instructor. KY is the most ancient form of yoga. It gives you "nerves of steel". It is the most comprehensive form of yoga that integrates mantras, mudras, kriyas, chanting, and meditation. Specific movement patterns with specific pranayamas (breath work) enhance meridian energy flow and healing. Anyone can do KY. You do not have to be flexible nor really strong. The challenge is breaking through emotional energy blocks. I can teach you how to break through and break free from "stuck" energy.

I have taught KY to at least 1,000 people for 23 years. Students tell me they feel like a brand new person, thanks to KY. Self acceptance and confidence improves. Flexibility improves.
