About Sihing
For more than ten years, training at the staten island Shaolin temple under Sifu Paula Wong's guidance, I now want to continue the lessons that I have learned through the temple, my sifu and everyone I cross path with. Kung-Fu has helped me both physically on how to live in this crazy yet beautiful world, mentally on how to react and deal with situations and spiritually to help keep that strength, knowledge and compassion through these hard times.

I teach kung fu martial arts, Tai Chi, meditation, and Shaolin Yoga to all ages and all levels. I was taught by Sifu Paula Wong and and grandmaster Tak Wah Eng. Both well accomplished kung fu artists in Chinatown, New York. Our system of training is recognized throughout the world as a leader of Martial Arts in America. Students are given the opportunity to learn with personal guidance and lessons to help the individual. The training conditions the whole body while developing great focus and concentration, giving balance to oneself.
