About Enrique
It's great to meet you! My name is Enrique. I was born/raised in Houston, TX, but my family (and Spanish) is from Mexico City. One of my many passions is language. Ever since I was a kid, I remember being fascinated by etymology and how languages developed. I may not be certified to teach, but I am sure I have the necessary knowledge, patience, and willingness to offer you a valuable learning experience!

I offer tutoring/lessons for ALL levels! I am a friendly, patient, and most importantly, passionate person, who is ready to take your speaking, writing, and reading to the next level, whatever it may be!
We will learn new vocabulary together and understand how to apply it in the context of a sentence. Furthermore, I like to focus on making sure the pronunciation of each word is clear (I have some tricks that will help you!)
Most importantly, however, is asking "why?" I believe students should be encouraged to question the constructs of a new language because oftentimes parts of it can be confusing or even counterintuitive. While it may not always be easy, I am determined to help you comprehend the "why(s)" of this beautiful language as it makes learning it so much more approachable.
So join me as we tackle the nuances and quirks of Spanish. You have taken up the challenge to learn this language, and I am confident I can help you achieve your goal!
