About John
Born in London I worked in the financial markets in both London and Dublin for 25 years-many of those as a manager of European operations where I honed my fluency in my many languages...never ever using English. I started to teach grinds fro home as a hobby in 2004 before setting up my own language school in 2011. I teach alone because I dont trust the quality of others to maintain the level of excellence that I want to maintain.
I speak Irish French Spanish German Portuguese Dutch Catalan Russian Ukrainian and am learning Japanese at the moment. I topped my year in university with a major in English literature and I was an amateur actor in London. I am probably Ireland's top linguist.

My approach is systematic from day one. You will learn how the language actually works and how to build on that knowledge in speech, aural through logic understanding. For LC and LC students this logical approach will build confidence to handle all aspects of the exam. The exam itslef will be broken down and each part dealt with strategically-eliminating confusion and fear. You will know theboxes to tick and the order to tick them in. My record with students in south Dublin schools is second to none. I also teach English LC as that is my primary 1st class honours degree. I was also a Shakespearean actor in London in the 90s. Call me if you want to command any langauge with confidence.
