About Stephanie

I always take the time to explain concepts, problems and methods, and I care about developing your abilities. What sets me apart from other tutors is that I genuinely care about teaching you how to learn, so that you have all the tools and skills you need to confidently tackle any problem you face head on. Being academically successful in your exams is important to me, but it's more than that. I want to know that when you finish being tutored by me, you're truly the best you can be. That's when I know I have succeeded in my job.

I have a first class LLB, I have just graduated from my masters/LPC, and I have experience in legal advice clinics providing advice on various issues including housing, benefits and employment issues. I am active in my contributions to the legal field and taking part with some legal tech and innovation projects with one of the world’s most prestigious law schools.
I was a PAL (Peer Assisted Learning Leader) for law so I have a lot of experience helping law students become excellent, efficient learners and successfully navigate the demands of university.
I also have tutored 10+ GCSE and A-Level students in Mathematics and English and have, on average, increased grades by at least one grade.

About the lesson

I am very flexible and holistic in my approach to teaching and base my classes loosely on the undergraduate curriculum. I aim to facilitate learning behaviours by exploring with students how to be independent thinkers, so that they are equipped with the tools to succeed to their fullest potential.
