I am Kartik, a 22-year-old law student originally from Devbhoomi Himachal (God's own land). I am a certified yoga instructor, and it is my passion to do yoga and let people participate with me and actively learn yoga to have a healthy body.

Hi, I’m Kartik — a passionate yoga instructor dedicated to helping people build strength, flexibility, balance, and inner peace through mindful movement and breathwork. My classes are designed for all levels, whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an existing practice.
I believe yoga is more than just exercise — it’s a way to reconnect with yourself, reduce stress, and create a healthier, more confident life. In every session, I focus on creating a welcoming, supportive environment where students feel comfortable growing at their own pace.
