About Julie

I am friendly and supportive and would love to share my passion for languages. Having lived in many different countries, I understand the value of having confidence when you communicate, which I believe will enable me to support you in whatever your linguistic goals are.

About the lesson

I will provide tailor made lessons, fit to your needs making use of many different techniques. I particularly focus on active methods, not just passive theory-based work.

I am very happy to do 1-2 hour online lessons, however many times a week you would like. I can teach English to non-native speakers and GCSE Spanish.

I am a law student at the University of Manchester, having finished my A-levels in Spanish, Chemistry and Psychology.

I have a TEFL (teaching English as a foreign language) qualification which I obtained in the summer of 2023. Moreover, as a bilingual, speaking both English and Japanese, I believe I can support you linguistically!
