About Deborah
Ever since I was a little girl I’ve loved maths much more than any other subject and I also developed the passion for transferring my knowledge to other people too. At first it was simply helping my younger siblings with their homework. But then I started mentoring year 7s when I was in year 9 and, before I knew it, I was a teaching assistant in a tuition centre at the weekends. I’m so excited to be officially a tutor!

Being a young person myself, I can say I find it easier to build student-teacher relationships which, from my experience, makes teaching more effective. The first session will consist of getting to know each other to find out what teaching methods work best and follow up from there.
