About Susan

I am a multilingual legal professional with a Juris Doctor, a Paralegal Certificate, and more than 30 years of experience working in many areas of law. My career has included litigation, business, finance, mediation, and extensive work with court procedures, giving me a practical, real-world experience that I bring into relevant learning sessions.

I have supported learners from diverse backgrounds—including students with ADHD and other learning challenges—and I create an organized and consistent structure, and an encouraging environment so each learner can build confidence and develop strong analytical skills.

My approach is professional, organized, and tailored to each individual’s goals. I am committed to helping students understand complex legal concepts, strengthen their writing, and feel prepared for academic and professional success.

About the lesson

I am a multilingual legal professional with a Juris Doctor and more than 30 years of work experience in many areas of law. I also hold a Paralegal Certificate and am a trained mediator, giving me a strong foundation in legal analysis, procedure, and conflict resolution. My background includes extensive work in litigation, business, and finance, and I am extremely familiar with court procedures and real‑world legal practice.

I offer personalized tutoring and training in Business Law, Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, and Real Estate Law, along with comprehensive bar exam preparation for MBE and UBE jurisdictions—including California, Michigan, Florida, and New York. I also assist with MPRE preparation and provide guidance on drafting clear, professional moral character explanations for bar admission applications. All sessions are customized and conducted online to fit your learning style and goals, and I will do my best to accommodate your schedule.

I support students with legal essay writing, proofreading, editing, and exam strategy. I also help applicants craft strong personal statements and résumés for law school admissions, ensuring clarity, structure, and a compelling narrative.

I work comfortably with students who have ADHD and other learning challenges, creating an interactive and supportive environment that helps students continue learning and building new skills.
