About Kanishka

I completed my law in 2021 from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, GGSIPU, I have done my schooling from Maxfort, Dwarka (up till 10th) and J.M. International, Dwarka (up till 12th). I used to teach classes 4th-12th from 2015-2019, I then started tutoring a few people in 2019 for upcoming entrance exams after which I started teaching various law subjects in private sessions. I have also completed a diploma in forensic law. I aspire to be a professor of Criminal Law as teaching has been my passion since a very young age, I always thought I would be able to learn better if studies were made interesting and relatable and that is what I try to incorporate in my teachings. I currently work as a freelance legal consultant in a Solar Power Company and tutor on the side.

About the lesson

I base my classes on interactive teaching, I try for it to be a discussion rather than a lecture, students tend to focus more on the discussion, they bring up their doubts and relate to the subject better, which not only helps them learn but grow. I try to include as many live examples as I can, as law is an ever-changing limited yet limitless field that pushes you to think in a unique way, if taught right, anyone with critical thinking and a bright mind could excel in the legal field. The pace of the teaching varies from person to person, it solely depends on the student's wit and how they catch up. Even as a student, I believed that if studies are made interesting, information is much easier to retain. I also give students an overall experience of exams and how to write papers in order to achieve maximum marks.
