I like to focus on strengths that can be leveraged in a balanced way to guide a person to fulfilling and impactful professional roles and life experiences. The VeroLead method is my self-designed approach which helps someone I coach to thrive beyond our relationship. The VeroLead method works from the inside out inside and the person being coached walks away with capabilities and insights they can reconfigure and apply again and again into their future. The individual who signs up for my services, must bring commitment, dedication and an open mind to reflect and acknowledge their strengths and opportunities.
