About Natalie
Hello! I’m Natalie — a dedicated tutor passionate about helping students grow in both skill and confidence. I hold a Bachelor’s degree and a Graduate Certificate in Leadership, which together allow me to bring academic expertise and motivational insight to every lesson. I am also active duty military and working towards an MBA in International Business. My goal as a tutor is to create a supportive, engaging environment where students feel encouraged to explore ideas, ask questions, and challenge themselves. As a leadership tutor, I help students develop communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills that inspire confidence and purpose. With a Graduate Certificate in Leadership and years of mentoring experience, I guide learners in discovering their strengths and turning goals into action. My sessions blend reflection, strategy, and motivation—helping each student lead with clarity and heart.
Teaching Method and Techniques
I use an interactive and student-centered approach that blends discussion, practice, and reflection. For English and writing, I focus on strengthening communication through analysis, creative expression, and practical writing exercises. For leadership tutoring, I integrate real-world scenarios, problem-solving activities, and self-assessment tools to develop emotional intelligence and authentic leadership. Every session includes feedback that is constructive, specific, and growth-oriented.
A Typical Lesson Plan
Each lesson begins with a short check-in to set goals and identify focus areas.
