About Susannah
I have led lunchtime classes for psychiatrists on their lunch hours, house calls for hours of private yoga sessions in Malibu, rooms full of strong yogis in hot yoga studios, power classes at the Ashtanga studios where i practiced, led a variety of classes at Woodside Health & Fitness club, and every style at multiple Genesis locations. My mother brought chair yoga to Kansas, so i learned to lead that- it changes aging or injured people’s lives by keeping all muscle groups active and awake. The only thing I love more than practicing yoga is guiding people in opening, strengthening & healing themselves

We will practice together to adapt a sequence that suits your needs & grow that weekly with every class. Breathwork & focus are important, but I encourage speaking up to ask any questions that arise, & honor requests for assists & goals.
We work together so you can drop into your body fully, breathe out stress & tension, grow, discover fluidity & unexpected space as we find & connect to peace within.
