My goal is to ask students about how they learn best. I want to shape lessons for each student individually in order to ensure their ability to learn.
I do want to plan the order and time frame in which tasks are learned and completed. However, this is open to adjustment depending on the student's learning progress.

I am currently enrolled in Manhattanville College to get my Bachelors in Psychology along with minoring in Sociology. I will graduate in May 2021

Julianna Rush is currently an undergrad student at Manhattanville College studying Psychology. After her graduation in 2021, she plans to get a graduate degree in Social Work. Julianna has watched Gabriel Pardo before and after school, along with summer hours, for the past four years. Her tasks include getting Gabriel ready for school in the morning, watching him after school, preparing food, and helping him with homework assignments. Summer tasks included bringing him to camp, picking him up from camp, food preparation and doing other summer activities together.
- Camp Counselor, Westchester Reform Temple — 2018 - present
Julianna worked the morning shift at the Westchester Reform Temple’s daycare. She worked with two year olds consisting of tasks such as changing diapers, dispersing snacks, helping them change locations from outside to inside for activities and mediate disputes between children.
- Ladies Room Coordinator, Manhattanville College — 2018 - present
Julianna has spent the last two years running a Clark Center program called Ladies Room and will continue this position in the fall. Ladies Room is a program where teenaged girls from Westhab come to campus and are mentored by female Manhattanville students. Julianna’s job consists of designing activities for each week, leading the program itself, providing supplies if an activity requires it, and supporting the teens and volunteers with any questions they may have regarding various areas of life.
