About Monica
Hi, I am Monica.
Most of my weekdays are spent working in e-commerce but outside of work I am usually chasing one hobby or another. I have a habit of picking up things that look interesting and then disappearing down a rabbit hole trying to learn everything about them.
A few years ago, that happened with guitar.
What started as a random interest slowly became one of my favourite parts of the week. Since then, I have spent hundreds of hours learning, practising, getting frustrated with chord changes, celebrating small wins and slowly becoming a better player. One of the things I enjoy most about guitar is that no matter how much you learn, there is always something new waiting around the corner.
Music isn't my only creative outlet though. I also enjoy learning classical vocals, cooking, painting and trying out new creative hobbies whenever I can. I genuinely enjoy the process of learning something from scratch and seeing gradual progress over time.
If there's one thing that describes me well, it's probably curiosity. Whether it's music, art, food or something completely random, I love learning new things and challenging myself to keep growing.

Having spent the last few years learning guitar through structured lessons myself, I know how confusing and overwhelming it can feel when you are not sure what to practice or what to learn next.
So whether you are picking up a guitar for the first time or already know a few basics, my aim is to make learning feel simple, enjoyable and easy to follow without overwhelming you with too much information at once.
Topics can include:
• Chords and chord transitions
• Strumming patterns and rhythm
• Barre chords
• Music theory fundamentals
• Capo usage
• Song playing and accompaniment
Each class includes revision, new concepts, practical exercises and song application so students can immediately put what they learn into practice. I also share practice notes during class so students know exactly what to work on before the next lesson.
I prefer teaching at a pace that is comfortable for the student rather than rushing through multiple topics. The goal is to help students enjoy the learning process while steadily building confidence and skill with the instrument.

Details
Individual Lessons:
500 INR per session (60 minutes)
Classes are booked as a monthly plan of 4 sessions for 2,000 INR.
Group Lessons:
1,450 INR per student for a monthly plan of 4 sessions.
I generally recommend committing to at least 4 sessions before deciding whether to continue, as it gives enough time to build a routine, understand learning goals and see meaningful progress.
