About Elle
I have always lived in England, and take an interest in history, science, art, culture and politics. I'm interested in helping people to understand about life here. Also, British English can be a bit different to, say, American English.
I have worked as a freelance copy-editor and proofreader, so know the written language well. I've been involved in home education and have tutored English at GCSE level. I have a maths degree and also teach maths.

Fun and relevant lessons in British English. Learn about the country, culture, and current affairs by talking with a native speaker. We can chat about any aspect that you like, whether that's a particular subject, business, for travel, or just the quirks of British life!
I can help with reading, writing, spelling, and grammar, as well as pronunciation. We can look at literature, newspapers, exam preparation, etc., too. Let me know what you are interested in and want to concentrate on.
If it's possible, I'm happy to consider most days and times (daytime and evenings) that suit you.
