About Denise
Originally from Argentina, Denise is a Certified Health Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, and a Tango dancer and instructor. She discovered tango almost 20 years ago, and since there Denise has been dancing, performing, and teaching in both, Buenos Aires, and the United States.
Bringing together her passion for tango, health, and fitness, Denise also created Tango Fitness, a dance fitness class and certification program designed to help women improve their physical fitness and explore the sounds and movements of Tango. She is committed and dedicated to spread and showcase her culture and love for tango and wellness.

I teach a progressive and effective method that combines practical technique, musicality, and improvisation. My method starts with the fundamental elements of tango dancing and builds up in an intuitive way. Classes are dynamic and fun.
Either if you they new to tango, or have previous experience, my commitment is for my students to improve their skills and confidence, and to provide a friendly and positive experience.
