About YUHAN
Hi! I’m Yuhan, a native Mandarin Chinese speaker from China and a Commerce student at the University of Toronto.
I have a passion for languages, communication, and meeting people from different cultures. As someone who is studying and living in Canada, I understand the challenges of learning a new language and adapting to a different culture. That’s why I strive to create a friendly, patient, and supportive learning environment for all of my students.
I enjoy helping others gain confidence in speaking Mandarin through practical conversations and personalized lessons. Whether you’re learning Chinese for travel, work, school, or personal interest, I’ll be happy to help you reach your goals at your own pace.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy exploring new places, learning about different cultures, and meeting people from around the world. I look forward to meeting you and making your Chinese learning journey enjoyable and rewarding!

Hello! My name is Yuhan, and I am a native Mandarin Chinese speaker currently studying Commerce at the University of Toronto.
I believe that learning a language should be practical, enjoyable, and tailored to each student’s goals. Whether you are a complete beginner, planning to travel to China, or simply interested in Chinese language and culture, I will customize each lesson to suit your needs and learning pace.
My lessons focus on:
* Everyday conversations and pronunciation
* Listening and speaking confidence
* Reading and writing Chinese characters (if desired)
* Chinese culture and useful expressions for real-life situations
I create a relaxed and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. My goal is to help you build confidence and make steady progress while enjoying the learning process.
I teach students of all ages and levels, and lessons can be conducted online or in person in the Mississauga and Toronto area.
I look forward to helping you achieve your Chinese learning goals. See you in class!
