About Antonio

I want to teach because I believe everyone deserves the chance to feel confident, capable, and safe in their security role. Too many new guards enter the industry without proper guidance or support. I’ve seen firsthand how the right training can change someone’s future — it builds professionalism, lifts confidence, and opens doors to employment. Teaching allows me to share my experience, strengthen our industry, and help others build a career they can be proud of.

About the lesson

Kia ora, ko Antonio Oka tōku ingoa.
I am a qualified security professional, licensed under the PSPLA, with extensive frontline experience across static guarding, mobile patrols, event security, first response, de-escalation, and community safety operations. I bring a practical, real-world approach to teaching others how to work safely, confidently, and professionally in the security industry.
