About Aaditya
I am a Professional Chess Trainer and an International Chess Player with peak FIDE Rating of 2135 and over 14 years of competitive playing experience with a strong passion for Chess and Teaching.
An energetic Chess Trainer aspiring to develop and nurture strong chess talents. A strong professional who values, discipline and the process more than other factors. A decade-long competitive chess player who can bring a wealth of practical experience to train chess players.
Some of my Achievements include:
• Represented India & placed 3rd Runner-up in Asian Schools Chess Championship.
• Represented SRM University in Asian University Chess Championship
• Winner of National Schools Chess Championship.
• Winner of numerous state-level and inter-collegiate level chess tournaments.
• Bronze medal in All India Universities Chess Championship.
• Represented Tamil Nadu State in various National Chess Championships.
• Two times winner of Rotary Young Star Award for excellence in chess.

The classes are intended for different levels of students such as beginners, intermediates and advanced students of varying age category from school children to adult improvers.
Both curriculum-based and bespoke training can be given based on student’s need. My first objective with students is to build a very solid foundation on chess essentials, based on my rich, decade long playing experience. A great structure can only be built over a solid foundation. Strength and weakness of Intermediate and Advanced players are diagnosed, analyzed and appropriate measures are taken to increase their playing strength to the next level.
I have trained over 100 students from India, USA, UK, Canada, Germany, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, UAE. Many of my students have won District, State & National level tournaments in their respective countries.
