About Arjun
Hello! I'm Arjun, a passionate chess teacher with experience, I teach chess as a part-time coach at different schools. Working with students from various age groups has helped me develop a patient, structured, and engaging teaching style that makes learning both effective and enjoyable.
I specialize in teaching beginners and intermediate players through personalized one-to-one online lessons. My approach focuses on building a strong foundation by helping students understand the ideas behind every move rather than simply memorizing openings.

Whether you're completely new to chess or looking to improve your game, my lessons are designed to help you learn in a clear, structured, and enjoyable way.
Each lesson is personalized to your current skill level and goals. We will focus on understanding the game rather than just memorizing moves. Topics include chess fundamentals, tactics, checkmate patterns, opening principles, middlegame planning, endgame basics, calculation, and game analysis.
Lessons are conducted online using a shared chessboard and a video call, allowing for an interactive learning experience. You'll receive step-by-step guidance, practical exercises, and feedback to help you improve with every session.
My goal is to build your confidence, strengthen your decision-making, and help you become a smarter and more consistent chess player while enjoying the learning process.
