About Matteo

I am a trained actor who has lived in England, Denmark, Italy, Germany and Belgium. Other than going to auditions and leaning lines, I am also very passionate about phonetics, accents and rhetoric, which might explain why it is the spoken language that interests me and thus characterizes my teaching style.

I am light-hearted and more than anything I want our lessons to be loads of fun!

About the lesson

Being a former Berlitz language teacher, my approach is based on having us communicating in the target language from day one. It revolves around repetition and actively using the target language as much as possible in order for the brain to naturally store the newly obtained information.

My lessons are perfect for both beginners and advanced Danish speakers. Often students ask me about grammar rules and word origins which are both fields I am competent in and therefore always happy to explain.

The duration of my lessons is either one or two hours.

I hold a BA in Languages and Communications from Aalborg University and an MA in Acting (with distinction) from University of Essex.
