About Silvia

Besides being passionate about English, I am a graduate in Psychology and currently a Master's degree student in General Health Psychology. As part of my experience with this language, at the age of 16 (in 2015) I obtained my B2 (First) degree from Cambridge University. Since then, I have done 2 stays in London (United Kingdom), a language immersion course with native English speakers at the Menéndez Pelayo International University and attending an English Camp with native Americans. More recently, in 2020 I have obtained my C2 (Proficiency) degree from the EF SET entity. Finally, I am preparing for the C1 (Advanced) exam by Cambridge University, which will take place in February 2021. I have experience teaching English to people from 5 to 45 years old, with which I am able to adapt to any level and provide quality lessons.

About the lesson

I can help you with this subject by being understanding and adapting to what you need at all times, I also know what it is to be a student. I teach all levels, from the most basic to advanced English and, upon request, I could prepare specialized lessons in a specific topic or subject (business, health, education, psychology, etc.). I like to be professional and committed at work. Ask all the questions you need and I will provide you with the material and resources necessary for us to progress together. Furthermore, learning English can also be enjoyable. I like to recommend movies, series, videos of all kinds, books, articles, magazines ... We live surrounded by content in English! If you let me, in class we will get to know each other a little better and I will be able to advise you audiovisual material from the REAL world according to your preferences (not boring workbooks or unrealistic listenings).
