About Agata Rus
I studied English language teaching in college. I have taught English since 1996 when I was still a student. Currently I work at the biggest English course institution in Indonesia. I have handled both one-on-one and group classes for more than 20 years. Aside from teaching English, I work with other English teachers in my area how to handle the classes better to improve quality learning. In my spare time, I give teacher-trainings to English teachers.

First of all, I believe that all teaching-learning activities must be student-centered and socially constructive. Thus, I vary my approaches from Communicative, Content-based , Project-based and Problem-based depending on learners' goals and needs. My approach also focuses on the communicative use of the language to create language mastery as well as to maximize learners' cognition and meta-cognition skills.
