About Lasse
I am a 38-year-old Danish/British man living in the UK. I have a PhD from the University of St Andrews. Originally I was educated as a baker in Denmark and still enjoy baking at home. I take pride in making my lessons both enjoyable and rewarding. You will notice progress after only a few lessons.
