About Jeremy

Hello everyone! My name is Jeremy, and I am a language tutor from Long Island.
- Teaching languages online and in person for five years.
- 100 hour TEFL certification from Oxford Seminars.
- Taught a group of 30 students from ages 18-65 who showed tremendous improvement by the end of the one year course
- Hablo español
- Falo portugues

I have a huge passion for language learning and I understand the difficulties that once can face when learning a new language, and I can help you overcome them! I am a very patient and understanding person, so don't worry about making mistakes during the lessons!

About the lesson

My lessons are highly customized to suit your needs, yet normally have an influence on conversation.

In my lessons, we will pick a topic that interests you, and we will cover the grammar and vocabulary about that topic. At the end of the lesson, we will review what we learned during the lesson, and I will let you know about any mistakes you made, and how to correct them.

Conversational lessons are the main type of lessons that I offer, but we can cover whatever you'd like in our lesson!

I believe this is the best way to improve your true conversational abilities while reviewing important grammar rules.

Jeremy es un gran profesor, me encanta la manera de enseñar, empezando por tus propios errores, siendo consciente de ellos y explicando en detalle el porque sin dejar de mantener una conversación interesante. Mezcla gramatica vocabulario conversación, lo recomiendo absolutamente. Jeremy tiene un método de enseñanza. Cree que hablar sobre temas concretos es la mejor forma de aprender y yo estoy de acuerdo con este sistema. Sabe cómo explicar, es amigable, te ayuda a corregir tus errores y te anima a mejorar.

I found Jeremy online. He is an excellent teacher. Jeremy really gives good lessons. He makes efforts to offer support to improve the language, with good exercises, and nice conversation in a very interactive way too. He is always prepared and organized.
